We offer a wide range of classes suitable for everyone interested in learning Tai Chi for health purposes. We also specialize in teaching Tai Chi for the prevention and management of certain conditions such as arthritis, diabetes and balance issues, as well as, improving quality of life and enhancing wellness in women with breast cancer. Our Tai Chi for Wellness classes are suitable for everyone, regardless of age or physical ability.
